The project consists of an industrial building (previously a brewery) on rue Fritz Toussaint in Ixelles and a plot of land for construction at the angle of rue Fritz Toussaint and rue Juliette Wytsman.

The building, approximately 5 000 m2, has a concrete structure, vaulted ceilings supported by metal beams and cast iron columns.

A permit request for the conversion into lofts as well as a permit request for construction of the new building has been introduced on February 14, 2006.
