The project consists of a front house from the thirties located on 7-9 rue Pierre Gassée, 1080 Brussels, an industrial building at the back and of another building situated between the two. The building permit n°31.387 ter., delivered on 29/06/2001 foresees the creation of an ensemble of large loft apartments in the middle and back buildings.
The middle and back buildings have an entrance that is separate from the front building. A very large courtyard, accessible from the street, features parking spaces and a lateral entry to the middle and back buildings. The house (1 unit), the middle building (1 unit) and the four levels of the industrial building (4 units) are for sale.

The front-house is 12 wide and is architecturally a typical thirties house. It consists of four levels - a cellar and three floors - and has a central granito staircase. The private driveway also leads to an extra warehouse.

The middle building represents one loft with three floors (cellar + 2). The cellar and first floor are windowless but the third floor is particularly bright thanks to a pyramidal glass ceiling in its center (36 m2).

The industrial building which consists of four levels (ground floor +3) is entirely built in concrete and enjoys an exceptionally bright daylight. There are no central pillars anywhere - this renders the floors spacious and easy to furnish. Each of the floors consists of a rectangle of approximately 8 by 38 meters. On one side, the long wall features the original industrial-style concrete windows-frames with hammered glass. New windows have been created for the three other walls including magnificent and spacious terraces on the opposite long wall.

Security and fire prevention regulations imposed by the authorities and fire brigade (SIAMU) have been scrupulously applied. The videophone system as well as the armored and fire breaking doors guarantee a high standard of security.

The lofts and middle building are sold unfinished.
