The project consists of an office building on 12, rue De Rudder 1080 Brussels, built in 1974. It is 17,5 meters wide and it has a façade made of architectural concrete, typical of the seventies. The building has five levels (basement+4) and has an all-concrete structure.

The building permit N° 33.649, delivered on March 25, 2005 by the College des Bourgemestres et Echevins de l'Administration Communale de Molenbeek Saint-Jean, aims at the transformation of the industrial building into residential units (11 apartments plus parking).

The apartments, for sale, will be fully completed.

Besides the terraces allotted to apartments III2 and III3, four splendid roof terraces will be offered for sale separately for the comfort of the owners of apartments on the lower floors.

All the standards of prevention and security imposed by the SIAMU (Service d'Incendie et d'Aide Médicale Urgente) have been scrupulously respected.
